Dealing with Depression

Compared to dysthmia disorder or adjustment disorder with mixed emotional features, major depression symptoms are the most severe and serious.

For some the origin may be a personal trauma, For others there can be a number of crisis that accumulated resulting in a response of disappointment and unhappiness.

Anxiety Relief

Gad or generalized anxiety disorder is a common diagnosis from the DSM IV manual for anxiety problems. Symptoms include excessive anxiety and fear often accompanied by problems with sleep, poor concentration and a despondent mood.

This is a more serious diagnosis than adjustment disorder with anxiety. For adjustment disorders, the duration is three to six months. The generalized anxiety disorder symptom diagnosis is for those people who have excessive anxiety and worry for more than that time period.
