What is the best self-help book to getting rid of OCD?
I know it can’t be CURED but I want to manage it better than I do now. I have seeked psychology help for a year when I was 14, and it helped alot! But now I am going to be 18 next month and its returned WORSE than before :[
I want to have my normal life back!!
I’d like one that’s sort of like a journal where I can track my progress. It’s not a necessity, but preferred.
